SUBIC, Zambales — Affordable housing developer Fiesta Communities on Friday launched KAYA Homes in Barangays Pamatawan and Aningway-Sacatihan, citing Subic’s expanding industrial sector and the province’s continuing economic growth as key drivers of future housing demand.

Speaking during the Grand Open House on Friday, July 31, Fiesta Communities President and Chief Executive Officer Christopher Ryan Tan said the province’s growing economy, fueled by new investments and employment opportunities, must be supported by quality, affordable housing that will enable Filipino workers and their families to build better lives.

Tan pointed to the recent delivery of the first ship built at the Hyundai shipyard in Subic and the opportunities expected from the Luzon Economic Corridor as signs of sustained growth not only for Subic but for the entire province.

As more industries establish operations and create jobs, accessible housing will become increasingly important in supporting that progress, he said.

“We are motivated by a singular purpose—we transform lands,” Tan said, explaining that the company seeks to develop communities that create opportunities for Filipino families beyond simply building houses.

He added that KAYA Homes was designed not only to provide affordable housing, but also to build communities where families can thrive.

“Ang komunidad ang magsisilbing lakas, magsisilbing tagahulma ng ating pamilya—isang lugar na kung saan maaari nating ipanganak ang ating pamilya, palakihin ang ating mga anak at bigyan ng buhay ang bawat pangarap,” Tan said.

In the same event, Fiesta Communities Chief Operating Officer Melvin Jason Tan introduced the master-planned development, model units, community amenities and financing options available to prospective homeowners.

Meanwhile, Founder and Chairman Wilfredo M. Tan shared the company’s vision and its decades-long commitment to building homes, communities and opportunities for hardworking Filipinos.

Fiesta Communities officials also led the ceremonial ribbon-cutting, house blessing and guided tours of the model units during the Open House, allowing visitors to explore the development, consult with sales representatives, and learn about exclusive launch-day offers and financing options.

Prospective homeowners queued at the sales area to reserve units after the ceremonial opening, reflecting strong public interest in the development.
