Gov. Hermogenes Ebdane Jr. takes over the position of Boy Scouts of the Philippines-Central Luzon Regional Chairperson from Dr. Emmanuel Antonio M. Umali (right), who stepped down to become Vice-Chairperson, during the Annual Regional Scout Committee Meeting in San Fernando, Pampanga on June 11. This is the third regional-level position entrusted to Gov. Ebdane who concurrently chairs both the Regional Development Council (RDC) and the Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC) in Central Luzon. (ZFTP)
