Gov. Hermogenes Ebdane Jr. personally hands over a patrol tricycle to Barangay Chairman Michael Cataquian on May 11 following a request by Brgy. Poblacion, Candelaria, Zambales for a tricycle service for use in security patrols, as well as health emergencies. The provincial government is continuously upgrading the service fleet of local government units for better mobility by government personnel in delivering public services.
