SUBIC Bay Metropolitan Authority-Ecology Center OIC Rossel Abuyo (right) releases a turtle hatchling along with other personnel at the All-Hands Beach Resort in the Subic Bay Freeport on January 16. A total of 82 turtle hatchlings from nine nests in the area were released—the fifth batch in this turtle-hatching season. The turtle release was undertaken by personnel from the SBMA Ecology Center, CENRO Olongapo, and the Philippine National Police Maritime Unit. 
