Ride of the Year: CIFOS 2-Wheel Mega Parade sets new record in Clark

CLARK FREEPORT — A total of 339 riders joined this year’s Clark International Festival of Speed (CIFOS), marking a new record and solidifying its reputation as one of the country’s fastest-growing motorcycle gatherings.

Launched only three years ago, CIFOS 2025 recorded its biggest turnout yet, bringing together riders, motorcycle clubs, and enthusiasts from across the Philippines on November 28 to November 30 at the Clark International Speedway (CIS).

Gypsy Tour: Historical Parade

The much-awaited Gypsy Tour Motorcycle Parade began at the Clark Parade Grounds and ended with a symbolic victory lap at the CIS.

“Over the past three years, CIFOS has grown from an ambitious idea into one of Clark’s most recognizable signature events,” said Len Lorenzo, Manager of the Clark Development Corporation’s Tourism Promotions Division.

“We want to give everyone the chance to experience the race track each year—with the support of brands like Suzuki, Yamaha, Ducati, and many more who continue to believe in the mission of CIFOS,” Kilton Motor Corporation and Clark International Speedway President Johnny Tan, added.

Speed, Style, and Community

The MoRac National Races headlined the competitive side of the event, drawing fans with high-intensity track battles and showcasing top Filipino racing talent.

Beyond the races, visitors explored the Pit Lane Hub, a lively marketplace featuring custom motorcycles, riding gear, accessories, and club exhibits. Participants also had the chance to try the Moto Track Experience, which allowed riders to test their skills on the track.

Safety remained a key focus, highlighted by the Suzuki Safety Riding Clinic and a special Track Day at the CIS Small Track. The festival also featured a motorcycle exhibit and competition, where standout bikes earned recognition for craftsmanship.

Moreover, the annual Mad Dogs Poker Run once again gathered riders in support of a meaningful cause, adding a charitable element to the festivities.

Storytellers Behind the Lens

The inaugural CIFOS Shutter Session (MoRac Access Day) awarded photographers and videographers who captured the excitement and intensity of the 2-Wheels Festival.

The competition highlighted standout visual storytellers whose work reflected the spirit of the event.

In the photo category, Neihl Ernest Tan was named the winner, with Christian Aquino, GJ Siddayao, Michael Aguas, Rico Manalansan, John Paul Cruz, and Jeorge Santos recognized as runners-up and finalists.

In the video category, Seth Enriquez took the top award, followed by runners-up Isaac Castro, Gabriel Cunanan, and Vener Layoso.

The winning entries showcased powerful scenes from the festival—highlighting speed, emotion, and community—offering audiences a vivid look into the dynamic world of motorsports.

Fueled by Partnership

The continued rise of CIFOS is supported by key partners and industry leaders, including Clark Development Corporation, Kilton Motor Corporation, Clark International Speedway, Kart Plaza Manufacturing Corp., Yamaha, Sailun Tire, and Suzuki.

Their collaboration has helped shape the 2-Wheels Festival into one of the most anticipated motorcycle events in the Philippines.
