THE roar of engines is set to echo once again as the Clark International Festival of Speed (CIFOS) opens the second phase of its 2025 edition with the much-awaited 2-Wheel Festival, happening from November 28 to 30 at the Clark International Speedway (CIS).
Fresh from its record-breaking start—marked by a massive 236-car parade in October—CIFOS is shifting the spotlight from four wheels to two as thousands of riders, enthusiasts, and motorsports fans gear up for a three-day celebration of speed, culture, and community.

Heartbeat of CIFOS: Gypsy Tour
If there is one moment that defines the spirit of the Philippine riding community, it’s the Gypsy Tour.
This year’s parade, set for November 29, is expected to bring together an even larger wave of riders from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The journey begins at the historic Fort Stotsenburg Parade Grounds, rolling toward CIS in a powerful display of unity and the shared thrill of the open road.
The finale? A triumphant lap around the CIS—a tradition that riders consider a badge of pride.
CIFOS organizers are optimistic that this year will surpass last season’s turnout, reinforcing the Gypsy Tour’s reputation as one of the country’s most anticipated motorcycle gatherings.

Racing at its peak: MORAC GP National Races
On the asphalt, the action rises to championship level.
The MORAC GP National Races return with intense competition across premier categories, including the Ducati Cup and the highly contested Pirelli Cup.
Expect tight battles, fast lap times, and the powerful roar of engines as the country’s top riders compete for the win at one of the Philippines’ most iconic racetracks.
For many fans, this segment of the festival is where legends are made.

Beyond the track: Bike culture thrives
CIFOS has always been more than a motorsports event—it’s a living, breathing celebration of the culture surrounding it. This year, the festival expands its lifestyle experience with dedicated spaces designed to showcase creativity, craftsmanship, and camaraderie.
• TamBike
A nightly hangout where custom bikes glisten under festival lights, moto-fashion pops, and clubs gather to celebrate the lifestyle that fuels their passion.
• Pit Lane Hub
A must-visit marketplace filled with custom builds, premium gear, accessories, and lifestyle exhibits. It’s where riders discover the latest trends, meet fellow enthusiasts, and connect with builders and brands.
• Rev & Dine
Good food meets good company. This curated food lane offers the perfect place to recharge and share stories after a full day of high-speed excitement.

Raising the bar on safety and skill
As the festival celebrates speed, it also champions safe and responsible riding.
CIFOS Organizing Director Michaelson Lim confirmed the return of one of the festival’s most valuable features—the Suzuki Safety Riding Clinic at the CIS Small Track.
“We are thrilled to bring back hands-on training for our community,” Lim shared. “Our goal is to create a space where riders can refine their skills while embracing the joy of the sport.”
The festival will also host the awarding ceremony for the inaugural CIFOS Shutter Session (MoRac Access Day)—an homage to the visual artists who capture the beauty and intensity of motorsports.
Top honors go to Neihl Ernest Tan (Photo Category) and Seth Enriquez (Video Category).
