ZAMBALES Vice Governor Jacqueline Khonghun and Botolan Mayor Jun Omar Ebdane have respectively ascended to positions in the regional level of the League of Vice Governors of the Philippines (LVGP) and the League of Municipalities of the Philippines (LMP).

Vice Gov. Khonghun took the position of Regional Executive Director for LVGP in Region III, while Mayor Ebdane was named LMP Region III Representative to the National Expanded Executive Committee. Both were sworn into office by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. in a ceremony on October 17 at the Malacañang Palace.

Their new positions are expected to bring about stronger ties between Zambales and other Central Luzon provinces and bolster initiatives in people-centered development and inclusivity programs. 
