CLARK FREEPORT — The Clark International Festival of Speed (CIFOS) is set to return to the Clark International Speedway from October 17 to 19 for its annual 4-Wheel Festival.
The three-day event will feature the PHIMOS Cup, the official Philippine Motorsports Championship race series, where top drivers will compete in multiple categories.

On October 18, the Tour d’Elegance will showcase rare and classic vehicles in an exclusive parade beginning at the Clark Parade Grounds, passing through Clark’s key landmarks and ending with a lap around the speedway.
Car enthusiasts will also have the opportunity to drive on the track through the Track Experience, a guided, non-competitive event for invited car groups.
Now on its third year, the Clark International Festival of Speed has established itself as the country’s premier motorsports lifestyle event.
Hosted annually at the Clark International Speedway, CIFOS brings together motorsport fans, industry leaders, car and motorcycle clubs, and families for an all-around celebration of speed and automotive culture.

The festival is held twice a year—the 4-Wheel Festival in October and the 2-Wheel Festival in November—highlighting both car and motorcycle communities across the Philippines.
The Pitlane will serve as the event’s main exhibition zone, featuring automakers, aftermarket brands, and lifestyle displays. Visitors can also enjoy local dishes and street food at the Rev & Dine section.
At night, “The Grid After Dark” will host one of the country’s biggest car meets, bringing together enthusiasts, music, and community gatherings right on the starting grid.
Major sponsors include Sailun Tire Philippines, Amsoil Philippines, Smart Communications, Sparco Philippines, Chevrolet Philippines, Volvo Cars Philippines, SM City Clark, and Toyota Gazoo Racing Philippines. The event is organized in partnership with several motorsport groups, including the Philippine Motorsport Championships, Sailun Tire Track Attack Challenge, and the Philippine Grand Touring Championships.
Media partners include When In Manila, Autocar, News Philippines Online, Magic 89.9, Motoring Today, and Auto Focus.
