A member of the monitoring team of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in Zambales, along with members of the Local Price Coordinating Council (LPCC), conducts market monitoring and enforcement at the Olongapo City Public Market on July 30. The DTI team confiscated 11 defective and unregistered weighing scales from some of the 125 market stalls monitored that day.
