100,000,000^th BABY  Botolan Mayor Jun Omar C. Ebdane congratulates Calfana Rein Manalang, who became the 100-millionth symbolic baby for Zambales in 2014. She is now 10 years old and a Grade 5 student in elementary school. Calfana Rein was one of the 100 babies born in State hospitals all over the Philippines who were designated the symbolic 100,000,000^th baby when the country’s population officially reached 100 million.
