The Philippine Red Cross-Olongapo City Chapter, in cooperation with the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority through its Public Health and Safety Department, conducts a bloodletting project at the Ayala Malls Harbor Point in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone in observance of the 20^th anniversary of World Blood Donors Day on June 22.
