He was doing his usual roving inspection at the motorcycle parking when he spotted a blue wallet around 12:13 p.m. on February 18.

He immediately turned over the wallet to the Customer Relations Office (CRS) for safekeeping, having reckoned that the owner will come back to retrieve it.

A few minutes later, a certain Benjie Paguio of Limay, Bataan appeared at CRS office to claim his lost wallet. After an exchange of information and verification, the wallet was handed over to Paguio.

Paguio was very grateful to Paa for his honesty and dedication to work, adding that the latter’s good conduct and committed service serve as an example to other security guards and other employees.

SG Paa is now part of the “Honesto ng Gapo” list, which recognized honest residents who return lost and found valuables.

The SM management pointed out that Integrity is an important quality of a security guard. “A person who has the value of integrity is honest and reliable,” it added. ~
