BOTOLAN, Zambales — The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Central Luzon, through the Capability Development Division (CDD) and the DILG Botolan Field Office, engaged in a one-on-one walk-through of the Citizen Satisfaction Index System (CSIS) portal on May 31, 2022 via zoom cloud meetings.
The CSIS portal shall be utilized for the encoding of the Citizen-Driven Priority Action Plan (CPAP), as well as uploading of the local government unit’s (LGU’s) accomplishments.
Further, the submission of modes of verification (MOVs) of the LGU’s accomplishments on the CPAP shall be also made via the said portal.

The undertaking aims to provide a demonstration of the portal to be utilized by the Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (MLGOO) in the encoding of programs, projects, activities (PPAs) and monitoring of the status of LGU’s citizen-driven approaches, as intervention and response to the gaps and areas of concern following the CSIS survey in the Municipality on the year 2021.
Local Government Operations Officer V Cherina G. Quiñones, CSIS Regional Focal Person, facilitated the demonstration exercise using the data and CPAP of the Municipality of Botolan, Zambales with MLGOO Shieralyn B. Esteban of DILG Botolan Field Office.
The CSIS is a program of the DILG, with the assistance of a Local Resource Institute, that utilizes a set of data tools designed to collect and generate relevant citizens’ feedback on local governments’ service delivery performance and on the citizens’ general satisfaction. — Shieralyn B. Esteban
