The personal shopper will virtually assist customers by sending photos of the potential items via Viber or Messenger, or even communicate through video call. The ways of assisting the customer’s need using technology is truly a personalize service.

Payment is easy. The SM Store offers the most convenient options and accept SM Advantage Card and Prestige Card along with other SM memberships, so customer can collect or use the points per transaction. Just inform personal shopper your payment preference and they will set it up.
