SUBIC BAY FREEPORT — The Pinoy specialty coffee shop “Timplado” has opened local outlets here and in Olongapo City to offer delightful food combos steeped in Filipino culture.
Timplado opened outlets at the Subic Royal Duty Free Shop at Palm Street here and along Murphy Street in Olongapo last week for its innovative best-selling Kape, Kakao, and Kakanin.

For Kape, it offers rich and full-bodied coffee blends made of robusta, excelsa, arabica and liberica (barako) beans from Batangas.
For Kakanin, it makes the best tasting artisanal native kakanin—sapin-sapin, binamban, and suman — all with a twist!
For Kakao, the tsokolate is handcrafted dark chocolate truffles and sprinkled with kakao nibs.

Timplado’s quality coffee beans are in the form of dip coffee. Just add hot water, dip the coffee and steep for 3 minutes.
Dip coffee is best partnered with Timplado’s kakanin made of premium ingredients and topped with ube halaya, macapuno, langka, mangga, latik, and Timplado Dulce de Leche sauce.
With a mission to promote inclusivity by partnering with farmers, communities, and markets for unity in diversity, unity in culture, and unity in sustainability, Timplado® envisions to reach every demographics nationally and internationally.
Proudly made in the Philippines, Timplado’s tagline is “Kay Sarap Maging Pilipino!” Timplado’s main branch is in Lipa City, Batangas.
