The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in Zambales has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Redondo Peninsula Energy Incorporated (RP Energy) to promote consumer education, information and advocacy.  Zambales DTI Provincial Director Leny Baluyut signed the agreement with RP Energy Corporate Social Responsibility Manager Jason Gavina on December 13, 2019 at the Traveler’s Hotel in the Subic Bay Freeport. Joining them in the photos are DTI officers Enrique Tacbad (left), Mary Ann Bermas (right) and recipients of Bagwis Award, which is given to establishments that uphold consumer rights.
