EXPECT hysterical fans, singing and dancing until the wee hours of the morning, and unlimited opportunities for selfies and live facebook videos when a veritable constellation of stars descend upon the town of Subic, Zambales on May 5.

This is for the Variety Show that will start at 7:00 p.m. at the municipal park. The star-studded show will be the main entertainment fare for the sixth day of the week-long Subic Ay! Festival that will begin on April 30 and end on May 6. The show will be fittingly capped by a fireworks display.

Headlining the list of big-name actors and singers in the variety show are Gerald Anderson, who stars opposite beauty queen Pia Wurtzbach in the kilig-movie “My Perfect You”; singing superstars Billy Crawford and Yeng Constantino; actress-singer Kylie Padilla, the talented daughter of actor Robin Padilla; and sexy actress-model and TV host Kim Domingo.

The variety show will also feature singer-actors Joseph Marco and Janella Salvador, telenovela actor RK Bagatsing, singer Kris Lawrence, and comedian-impersonator Pooh.

Providing the night’s lengthier musical fare will be the band 6CycleMind, who are expected to dish out their hits in the alternative and pop music genres; and the popular boy band Hashtags, who are seen to bring out the screams of excitement and adulation from the younger (girl) audiences.

Meanwhile, the menfolk will also get to see their brand of sexy and hilarious entertainment in the persons of Wowowie girls Saicy, Congratulations and Mariposa.

“Lahat tayo, may makikita sa variety show na ito,” said Mayor Jay Khonghun. “Kung baga sa pagkain, ibibigay nito ang hilig ng bibig,” he added half-jestingly.

The variety show will be the final night-time feature for the Subic Ay! Festival.
